Meet Joan

Joan Joan Pinkley’s passion for houses began when she was a small child in East Tennessee and would follow her grandfather to job sites where he was building spec houses. She would make little houses for her dolls and design little fairy gardens. Pinkley bought and renovated her first house in 1985 and has spent the years since buying, renovating, and selling houses in Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Nashville. She has a particular fondness for the storybook houses of the 1920's and 30's.

Joan attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she received both her undergraduate and master’s degrees. Education is very important to her, and since she has been with Parks Properties, Joan has continued to take classes so that she can better serve her clients. To prove this, she most recently completed the coursework needed to become an Accredited Staging Professional. Statistics show that staged houses sell much faster, and being an Accredited Staging Professional enables Joan to do much more to help her clients prepare their homes for a competitive market.

Your home is more than likely your largest investment, and you need a real estate professional to ensure that you get the most out of that investment regardless of whether you are buying or selling. It is Joan’s hope that you will choose her to assist you with your real estate needs.
